Terms of Use Agreement – Introduction

Article Two – Consumer Legal Eligibility:

1. The consumer affirms that they are legally eligible under Sharia and law to deal with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
2. The consumer agrees to bear the consequences of violating this clause when dealing with others.

Article Three – Nature of Commitment:

1. The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide the (service or product).
2. The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the service or product requested by the consumer.

Article Four – Usage Guidelines:

1. The consumer agrees to use the store's electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the laws in force in Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing a service or product, the consumer agrees not to use it in a manner that violates public morals or applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying for membership in the store, you agree to disclose specific information and choose a username and password for accessing the store’s services. You also agree to:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. The store shall not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosure of username or password.
3. You are solely responsible for the use of your account, and if used by another person, it is considered that you authorized their use.
4. You agree to use your account seriously and honestly.
5. You agree to provide true, accurate, updated, and lawful information during registration and to update your data when necessary.

7. If the store determines that you provided false or outdated information, it has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership without affecting its legal rights.

Article Seven – Modifications to Terms of Use and Fees:

1. If any clause of this agreement becomes invalid, the rest of the terms remain effective.
2. This agreement may be updated from time to time and represents the operational and legal understanding between the store and the consumer.
3. The store may impose fees on certain services based on offers, services requested, or applicable government fees or taxes.
4. The store reserves the right to adjust any fees according to this agreement.

Article Eight – Payment Services:

1. The store provides payment systems through its partners, including online payment and other methods as announced.
2. The store commits to setting product prices in accordance with common market rates.
3. The store must provide invoices and receipts for all transactions and give the consumer a purchase receipt.
4. The store applies recognized accounting standards in its online operations in accordance with this agreement.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property:

1. All intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by it, whether before or after the platform’s launch.
2. The consumer agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of the store, including its name, slogans, and trademarks.

Article Ten – Store Responsibility:

1. The store is committed to conducting its business in compliance with Saudi laws and this agreement.
2. The store is not liable for any claims arising from direct or indirect errors or negligence by the consumer or third parties.
3. The store ensures that its products and services are legal and authorized for use within Saudi Arabia.

Article Eleven – Account Suspension or Access Restriction:

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s account or restrict access at any time without prior notice.

Article Twelve – Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia and is subject to the authority of Saudi legal systems.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions:



If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain effective until further notice.

This agreement, which may be amended from time to time, forms the full understanding and contractual relationship between the store and the consumer.

1. Arabic is the language used for interpreting this agreement.
2. All prices are subject to change.
3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled at any time.
4. Parties agree to act in accordance with Islamic and Saudi regulations.
5. This agreement may only be canceled by a decision from the store’s management.
